One of the few places in the world where you can meet a mosque, cathedral, orthodox church, synagogue, and all that in just a couple of hundred meters.   

The mixture of past and present will make you want stay every day a day longer.

Sarajevo (from Turkish Saray Ovası, which means palace and the filed around it), Sheher (literally the town), or Small Jerusalem, as people call it for the existence of all three religious, is listed as one of the ten world cities most worthy of visiting.

In the core of the city you will find Sebil (from Arabic: a path), a drinking fountain which has been serving every soul in need for water over the ages.

Walking down the Ferhadija Avenue you will be introduced to the one of the master pieces of architecture – Gazi Husrev Bey’s Mosque. Couple of hundred meters more on your  right side you will be greeted by the breathtaking cathedral, and just a few more steps and on your left side will appear the orthodox church.

Great attention is paid to the culture, where every year in July the Film festival hosts hundreds of directors and actors from every part of the world.
